Listen live together

Schedule a time; a shared clock and countdown get everyone pressing play at the same spot, with live reactions and chat.

   Go live

   In a room, tap Go live. Choose Listen together for an audiobook or show, or Reading sprint to read for a set time together. Pick when, and where to start.

   Everyone gets an invite

   People in the room get an alert right away, and an email with an Add to calendar link if they have live-session emails on.

   Press play on the cue

   Set your app to 1× and pause it at the start time. When the host starts, a countdown runs on everyone’s screen. Press play on Press play now. The shared clock shows where everyone should be.

   Stay in sync

   Type the time your app shows and tap Check sync to see if you’re ahead or behind. Tap Wait for me if you need a moment. The host can pause everyone, resume with a countdown, or jump to a new spot.

   React and chat

   Emoji fly across everyone’s screen. Chat messages are pinned to that moment in the book, so people who weren’t there won’t be spoiled.
